I have been working with families,couples,children,teens,and adults for over 30 years as an LMFT (Marriage and Family Therapist) in Arizona and Colorado. I am also Licensed in both states as a LISAC(Licensed Independent Subtance Abuse Counselor) and LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor) respectively. In 2009 I obtained my Certification as a Transformational Life Coach.

My experience and combination of therapy and life coach techniques helps me, help you.
